Question 7

How long does a villa renovation take in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

A full villa renovation in Dubai typically takes 4–8 months depending on scope. A partial renovation (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring) can be completed in 6–10 weeks. Mansour Interiors provides a detailed project timeline before work begins.

Question 8

Which Dubai villa communities do you work in?

Accepted Answer

Question 10

Can you renovate a villa while we are living in it?

Accepted Answer

We can phase the renovation to allow partial occupancy in some cases. However, for full renovations we recommend vacating the property to ensure safety, speed and quality. We work efficiently to minimise disruption and provide regular progress updates.

Question 11

What does an interior designer in Dubai charge?

Accepted Answer

Interior design fees in Dubai typically range from AED 50 to AED 200+ per square foot for design services, or a percentage of the total project budget (8–15%). Mansour Interiors provides transparent fee structures after an initial consultation.

Question 12

How long does the interior design process take?

Accepted Answer

The design phase typically takes 4–8 weeks for a full villa or apartment — including concept development, 3D visualisations, material selection and documentation. Complex projects may take longer. We provide a clear design programme at the outset.

Question 13

Do you provide 3D visualisations before starting work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We produce photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs so you can experience your space before a single wall is touched. This is a standard part of our design process and ensures full alignment before construction begins.

Question 14

What interior design styles do you specialise in?

Accepted Answer

We specialise in contemporary luxury, modern Arabic, transitional and minimalist design styles — all tailored to the Dubai luxury residential market. We do not follow trends; we create timeless spaces that reflect your personality and lifestyle.

Question 15

Can I see examples of your interior design work?

Accepted Answer

Yes — visit our Projects page to see completed interior design projects including Emirates Hills villas, Palm Jumeirah residences, Downtown Dubai penthouses and Arabian Ranches majlis spaces. You can also follow us on Instagram @mansour.interiors.

Question 16

What is included in a turnkey fit-out?

Accepted Answer

A turnkey fit-out includes everything from bare shell to fully finished, furnished and styled space — civil works, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), joinery, flooring, painting, furniture installation and final styling. One team manages the entire process.

Question 17

How much does a fit-out cost in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

Fit-out costs in Dubai range from AED 200 to AED 1,200+ per square foot depending on finish level and scope. A luxury residential fit-out typically starts from AED 400 per square foot. We provide detailed cost breakdowns after a site survey.

Question 18

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver commercial fit-outs for offices, retail spaces, restaurants and hospitality venues across Dubai. Our commercial projects are held to the same standard of quality and attention to detail as our residential work.

Question 19

What is the difference between a fit-out and a renovation?

Accepted Answer
