A complete transformation of a grand 8,500 sq ft villa — Calacatta marble floors, bespoke walnut joinery, a cascading crystal chandelier, and a seamless indoor-outdoor living concept that redefines luxury in Dubai.
The client wanted a home that felt palatial yet deeply personal — a space that honoured Arabian heritage while embracing contemporary luxury.
We designed every element from scratch: custom marble inlay floors, hand-carved plasterwork ceilings, and a bespoke joinery package across all 12 rooms.
A timeless masterpiece that has been featured in regional design publications and remains one of our most celebrated projects.
